Please note. We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes. Contact us for options if this is a problem. We can send small single frames by Australia Post, but there's no insurance or delivery guarantee for our larger ones in the post. They drop off conveyor belts with perhaps 20kg small bar fridge type parcels dropping on them. So we use couriers.

We need to locate your address on the Google Maps system. If you are remote or hard to find, please check that you come up on Google Maps. Google also doesn't have new estates listed in Google Maps. If this is you, can you either check it, send us a drop pin of your address, or contact us. Several times a year, we have to contact customers to resolve this. We can't send your order until it's resolved.

The courier can't accept your frames into the system without this step. We will have to contact you to resolve this.

All our Picture Frames and mirrors are handmade to order. This takes a few days, once we get to your order in the queue. It takes weeks when we are busy. There's often a backlog when we are REALLY REALLY BUSY!  So please allow time for delivery in Australia. We try to take a week or 2 to make, wrap and get your order sent out into the courier system. For example, just the courier time to Western Australia can take 2 weeks plus the time to make the order plus the time to get to the order. Busy pre Christmas can take even longer!

We are a small, artistic, self employed, craft business. Everything is hand made. There is no warehouse full of ready made picture frames on shelves ready packaged in boxes from overseas.We care about you liking and enjoying your order. We always fix any issues, mistakes or problems. Again, only a few times a year do problems arise. 99.5% of frames have no problems.

Eastern seaboard cities are a few days in the courier. We have tracking numbers for each delivery so you can check. The website automatically sends you the tracking number when the courier collects your order. Unless really busy or distracted, we take photos of your frame for security and reference. We ask for your mobile and email address when you order. This is only for the courier , in case they have a problem with delivery. We will contact you as well if there's a problem. Very rare!
If you need it more quickly, please contact us and we will do what we can.

We wrap your order in bubble wrap and recycled cardboard. All orders come with insurance for breakage or loss. In 15 years of web sales, we only have a few problems a year. We really take care with our packaging as sending out a replacement frame is a lot more work than an extra layer of protection. That said, things can happen.
